"I appreciated the phone interview with Ms Rhonda. Though there was some "do we have a deal for you" and there was some deals "for" me of which l took advantage of. I feel it is a verry professional move on the part of the agency both in sales and customer relations. Also Ms Rhonda was an excellent interviewer for at least an old guy (76) like me. Patient. engaging, confident and knowledgable of the products. Overall a good experience."

"Seemed like decent people, but I feel it's a bit shady to get personal information in exchange for something they didn't hold up their end of the deal. "Fill out this paper and spin the wheel for a gift" Well I gave my info, we've spoken, and the gift never came.. that's odd."
